How do I schedule my first consultation?+

What happens during the initial consultation?+

Your first session is a focused conversation about your business, challenges, and objectives. We listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and outline how we might help. There is no pressure — it is simply a chance to see if we are the right fit.

Do you work with businesses outside Springfield?+

While we are rooted in Springfield, IL, we also serve clients across Central Illinois and can accommodate remote advisory sessions when in-person meetings are not practical.

What services does PROFITADVISOR offer?+

Can I hire you for a single project instead of ongoing advisory?+

Absolutely. We offer both project-based engagements — such as a strategic plan or operations audit — and ongoing advisory relationships. We will recommend the structure that best fits your situation during our initial conversation.

How long does a typical engagement last?+

Project engagements range from four to twelve weeks depending on scope. Ongoing advisory relationships continue as long as they add value, with most clients working with us for six months to several years.

Pricing & Logistics

How much do your services cost?+

Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and engagement type. We provide clear proposals after understanding your needs — no surprise invoices. Most clients find our fees competitive with mid-tier firms while receiving more personalized attention.

What are your business hours?+

We are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Sunday we are closed. Advisory sessions outside standard hours can be arranged by appointment.

Where are meetings held?+

We meet clients in downtown Springfield and can also conduct sessions via video conference. Your exact meeting location is confirmed when you book — we share the address upon scheduling.

What is your cancellation policy?+

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee for reserved advisory time. We are flexible when emergencies arise — just let us know.

Working Together

What should I prepare before our first meeting?+

Bring a clear sense of your top challenges and goals. Financial statements, org charts, or process documents are helpful but not required. The most important thing is your honest perspective on where the business stands today.

Will you sign an NDA?+

Yes. We treat every client conversation as confidential and are happy to execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussing sensitive business details.

How do you measure success?+
